Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have a credit card for Walmart through Synchrony Bank - - - - GA. -. The credit limit is only - and is at the limit because I lost my job -/-/2017 and am twice widowed, have no help and have not been able to find a job yet. I still have never been late on a payment until now! Pay due -/-/2017. They have been calling and emailing, which I want stopped is using all minutes on my prepaid phone I need for job search. I only want contact by mail. I talked to a rep today at - ID - I could not understand as from another country and asked if they would reverse just - late fee so I could pay my payment out of my last unemployment check as my payment is normally - but now -, but he said I had to pay the full amount anyway which I can not do, have - in bills coming in and u/e only - wk and last check. I also let him know I have - inter- views this week. I have sent out over - resumes, all I can do!! I asked to talk to a manager, he put me on hold for several minutes and I had to hang up phone running out of minutes.
