Needed to order some merchandise from -. Placed the order, but the product never got delivered. I even called - and they determined that the product was stolen. I advised - that the deliver driver left my back gate open and someone walked in and took the package. I have been back and forth between - and Citi CC and again for the 10th million time i am submitting a complaint. And also my card got comprised, I got a text stating that someone was trying to use my CC at a foot locked for the amount of $470.00. on -/-/2017. Which that was not even me. The only thing this card has valid is a - dollars charge from -. Which I will be moving to my other CC soon. This card has been the worst to deal with. CITI CC also stated that they sent a replacement, WHICH I NEVER GOT!!! I just want my Money back.
