On -/-/2017 I was erroneously billed $4000.00 for granite countertops. On the same day I was billed the correct amount for the countertops we had installed $3400.00. I filed a dispute with Synchony bank, but it was closed without me or the store ( LOWE 'S - NC - Store # - ). They sent me a letter stating that they trust the dispute had been resolved to my satisfaction. Nothing was done to resolve the matter. The charge still remains active on my account. I tried to contact them again today, but they could only offer to re-file my dispute. At that time I asked them how I could escalate the matter, and they did n't provide me with an acceptable response. I then asked them what government agency I could escalate the matter to. I was told the only way to submit a complaint was to them, which I know is wrong. I then found you guys through -. I 'm hoping you can help, because at this point. I do n't think they are going to remove the erroneous charge.
