Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I have a Lowes Credit Card, managed by Synchrony Bank. Account # -. When I made my purchases at Lowes I was not tgold there was another company involved. I was in a - accident - - -. Since that time until this week, I have been in a - and an inpatient in a - - Hospital, - -, --. I am a - Resident. On - - - my father called the credit -card comopany, and after I authorized him to speak on my behalf, attempted to pay off the balance of the principle, and asked for an accomodation, forgiving the interest of $1000.00, on a bakance of $3500.00. We were transferred to 6 diffenent offices, and after 1 hour 15 minutes hung up on. This is a dedceptive practice. My father was doing the talking and is helping write this complaint. I want gto pooay off the principle balance, and cancell ghe card, they will not cooperate.
