Re : : Application ID # : -- Hello, I am writing because I recently applied for the Citi - Platinum card and was approved for - miles. I then receive another invitation via US Mail, that invites me to apply and says that I can have - miles. Using - # : -. That is a vast difference of - miles that I feel I am rightly deserving of. I would like to know if CitiBank will make it right, or who else must I write a complaint letter to to get this error in judgement corrected? Thank you.
