NetSpend Corporation, a TSYS Company Prepaid card department,

I received a NetSpend Prepaid - from a company called NetSpend, -, - T- -. It was unsolicited and when I called the number they gave to OPT-OUT and decline the message did not give that as an option. I have sent an e-mail but do not have much faith that they will comply since the interactions so far has been extremely suspect.
