Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Received bad information about my loan Tennessee

I qualified for loan forgiveness for fraudulent private school loans offered by - University by Genesis Student Lending. I was not notified that loan forgiveness and refunds for payments made was being offered or even of issue ( a pending suit in 2015 ).
