I submitted a certified letter to Trans Union on -/-/16 in reference to - - - placing a derogatory mark on my credit report. I requested proof barring my signature from the original creditor from when I opened this installment loan and if those documents could not be provided/verified in a timely matter that account should be removed from my credit report ... Trans union sent no such documents but that derogatory mark still remains on my credit report..
