Credit reporting company's investigation no notice of investigation status/result
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation No notice of investigation status/result Texas
I have disputed with Transunion on several occasions the following accounts ( see attached ) that are reporting inaccurately on my credit report : * - - - - - I provided documentation to this bureau that - - is not licensed nor bonded to act as a collection agent in the State of Texas where I reside. Transunion did not respond within 30 days of my initial request as to the validity of this debt and what their investigation consisted of and who they spoke with at this company. The reporting of this account is in violation of Texas consumer law and my federal consumer rights under the FCRA. - - should be deleted as well due to the nature of its reporting. If this account is truly legitimate and they are the original creditor, why is there no payment history reflected nor the terms, or my high balance, or limit or payment status. All of these things must be reflected for accounts with the original creditor. Again, my rights are violated as a consumer ; therefore, both of these accounts should be deleted.
