Purchased goods and services from Lowe 's using their store credit card. Product and service was done incorrectly. Filed dispute with credit card company Which was acknowledged by Synchrony Bank on - - 2016. Stated in the communication that when the investigation was completed I would receive a response via mail or email notifying me of the resolution of the dispute. Never received a communication regarding a resolution and was forced to continue to make minimum payments even though the balance was in dispute. Was threatened that my account would go into collections if I did n't make a payment. Dispute is still not resolved. Was also told I would have deferred financing and after purchase was told that it was n't deferred.
