Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info New Hampshire

I had an issue with fair collection and outsourcing - ave - MD back in -/-/- when i noticed there was an apartment through garden terrace appartments which is when i had found out i had identity theft happen to me i then made a police report and contacted all major credit reporting agencys i now have an extended alert on there. Needless to say i spoke with the compliance department with fair collections and outsourcing ( fco ) and garden terrace apartments which they had told me it was due to a name hit and not linked to my social security number well after investigation i recieved a letter from renee carol compliance - with fair collections and outsourcing stating that it was being removed from my credit report and it will haooen within - days which i still have the letter and poloice reporting number also at that time this collection was removed now we are in -/-/- i tried to get a new apartment and was told that this collection is on my report from gsrden terrace and fair collection and outsorcing this time not just a collection but also a judement with the hillsboro tampa court


disput with fc ; oand they said they will continue reporting the inkformation as accurate when i had asked for supporting documents because this is identity thft they are unwilling to provide me with the person liscense or id that they took t the time of lealsin this aartment to someone under my name and the papers they did send me only have my name and my date of birth with this fraud alert on my report i feel they should never have rented this aaprtment out owithout a drivers liscence id or social i need something done as this is the second time dealing with this agency and im getting nowhere thank you also the police report number from - police department district - is -
