Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
I received my TJ- ( TJ-Maxx ) on - -, - ( via mail ). The statement shows a payment due date of - -, -. This credit card company is not giving me sufficient time to receive and pay my credit card bill in accordance with federal regulations. In -, similar events had happened and I went forward and paid the late fee without complaining. However, now looking back, I should have complained as this may be happening to other consumers. I am filing my complaint in hopes that they make corrections to their operational practices so they can be in compliance and not harm consumers with illegitimate late fees because of their operational deficiencies.
