I had to drop - of - classes at - due to the death of my grandpa ( whom I took care of ). The one I did n't drop was an online class. - did charged me the full amt for the - classes, which I disputed but ultimately paid. Apparently Penn Credit was provided the information to attempt to collect this debt for a commission while I was in dispute proceedings with the school automatically since the debt aged and automatically was provided. I paid - directly the amount owed, and I porovided proof to Penn Credit a couple years ago. However Penn Credit is now attempting to charge me for $70.00 worth of fees, and have not been able to provide any documentation or proof of this debt.
