Improper use of my credit report Report improperly shared by CRC Arizona
On -/-/-, I received a report from - - about information on my credit report. The information was obtained by CoreLogic Credco. They listed a judgement on my credit report that is incorrect. On top of that, they received the information via telephone and took that information as truth. The judgement was from - in -. This information is not accurate and when I questioned them about it, they said it was listed on my - credit report. This is a flat out lie. They admit that the information was verified on the phone, and could not be proved otherwise. I explained that important information like that can not be verified as truth over the telephone. I told them that according to the law, that if they can not confirm all the information as truth, they would have to delete it. All I got was the runaround. I would like to seek damages since my mortgage application will now be denied because of their false information. Additionally, the judgement is older than 5 years, so it is no longer collectible.
