Citibank Credit card department,
I brought item in -/-/2016 from macys and within few days I return the item, however at the time of purchase they stated the charge would be placed on the club promotion plan that offers - months interest free. when I made the return the person did not placed the returned on the promotional plan only on the revolving account. I have called many times regarding the issue but its hard to communicate with the representative but they are all in -, when I ask to speak with account - in united states I keep getting routed to -. I have filed a complaint before regarding the same issue and they stated it was resolved. but looking at my statements the issue was not resolved I been getting for promotional balances also looking at the statement I also been charged interest rate charges for return items as well. im tired of calling and asking for account - to review my ACCOUNT. and no one is doing anything about it. I have call to close my ACCOUNT. IM AT THE POINT THAT I DONT WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS NOT ACCURATE OR FAIR AS cONSUMER!!!!! also you will look at my statement its states that if I paid $180.00 for - yrs my account will be paid off, than why am I getting charge -????
