Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Hello, you wonderful folks - you helped me with a problem I had with - a couple years ago. Right now I have a query about an - card I stupidly took out to buy - item, which cost maybe $30.00. The card is issued by Synchrony Bank. Well, I forgot to pay it off right away, got behind, and now I have late fees on top of late fees. I have already paid more than $200.00 to -, but because of the late fees I still owe $260.00! - has now referred the account to - for collection. I do n't dispute that I bear some responsibility in this, but is there a limit to how many late fees they can pile on? I would be happy to settle the bill for a portion of the $260.00, if they would agree to that. I also need to know if I should pay Synchrony or -, because I 'm still getting bills from both. The only payment records I could find are from my attached bank statements - - is under -, the other under Draft -. But I believe I have made other payments.
