Incorrect information on credit report Reinserted previously deleted info North Carolina

Account below has been previously removed from credit report and has been reinserted. This time they have put fraudulent payments on report to reinsert it. They add a few numbers to the original account number and call it new. I have had trouble with - falsely reporting account information in the past. Account was negative/closed in -. Also account shows it was sold to - so they do not have right to reinsert it. Filed dispute several times and experian will not let me dispute it again.
