Barclays PLC Credit card department,
I have continuously had terrible customer service with Barclay US. EVERY time i call they are unable to assist me, regardless of the problem. I have had a reoccurring charge from a software company that is under someone else 's name. I told this person I would no longer pay for this service after a certain date. Despite this, they signed up for a year service without my knowledge. Barclay is telling me to call the software company. The software company is telling me I am not authorized to cancel the account or make payment changes because it is not under my name. This is fraudulent. I never agreed to pay this and I am not able to cancel these charges.
