The company Fraudulent information in their response to the last complaint should be reviewed thoroughly. I never had a balance of more that -. The bank has stolen my deposit by charging annual fees, Fraudulent charges, and subsequent charges that was not agreed upon. The bank charges are correct. The bank provided different amounts of charges without any evidence. The charges accessed to the account includes fraudulent fees and retro charges for the fraudulent charges. The company credited the Fraudulent to the account, then charged the purchases back to the account. The company would like the cfpb to believe that a $300.00 credit card accumulated charges of more than $700.00. I believe this is a scam to retain the deposit. The bank never address the Fraudulent charges that was charged by their employees. The company delayed action in - 2015 with respect to the Fraudulent charges and subsequent fees to avoid or delay prosecution.
