Citibank Credit card department,
With - Exxon Mobil / CITI card. I have never paid this account late. It has always been on auto pay. -/-/- something happened in their system and it made a auto payment from a closed account. If you look at the statement for -/-/- it has the date of the payment as -/-/-. From the file named " exxon payment '' you can clearly see the date of the payment and also it was from a different checking account than any other recent payment. They even credited back all charges and fees. I tried several attempts to get this corrected and they say they will but never follow thru.
