I took out a credit card through synchrony credit company for my - back in 2012. I 've been making my payments around the - of every month through my checking account bill pay program. I never paid much attention until I recently noticed my balance did n't seem to be shrinking. I have never received any statements from the company, so I logged in to their website for the first time two months or so ago and found that on a no interest charge I was being charged interest and all kinds of late fees even when it was paid on the day it was due. I called Sychrony and they refunded a year or so of these charges. So I naturally asked what about the other 3 years that I had been paying on this account, and I was informed that they were not capable of looking that far back and that the statements needed to be mailed out. So I waited patiently for them and they never arrived. Low and behold I start receiving phone calls stating that my $93.00 payment is now $230.00. I called them and informed them that I will not be making any


see how much I was charged on my no interest credit line I will not make a payment. I 'm having an issue with the fact that the minute I complained about this practice of charging me interest was illegal that they took off almost $400.00 just for the one year in interest and late fees. I do n't know who else to file a complaint with because I ca n't get anywhere with this company. They admitted they were wrong and refunded me more than $400.00 for one year. I only owe $680.00 of remaining balance. I 'm sure I 've paid in more than that in interest and whatever else over the course of those other years. Any help would be greatly appreciated
