Jcpenny has reported with negative remarks and deliquency and I would like it removed as it 's reporting to the - credit bureaus and negatively affecting me. This account was noted as 30 days reported on -/-/-. During -/-/- -/-/- I was -. Throughout my - ( -/-/- ) I had a -. I am still currently going through - in result of having having my -. During this time i attempted to make payment arrangements, using the credit card insurance to submit a claim to cover my account. Walmart passed me onto the credit card insurance company to submit a claim. I was not abl3 to resolve this issue and have contacted JCpenny and the credit card insurance department as well. Please remove this negative information.
