Continental Finance Company, LLC Credit card department,
I had to credit cards with Continental Finance : A Matrix MasterCard and a - Mastercard. Last -, I enrolled in a debt management plan with - - - and both accounts were enrolled in a hardship program with the agreement to pay - per card per month. Payments have been made consistently as agreed upon by the debt management plan proposal. However, Continental Finance is currently showing both of my accounts as " Charged of as Bad Debt, Profit and Loss Writeoff ''. In addition, they showed me as 30/60/90 days past due for the last several months. Both I and - - - have been attempting to get a satisfactory resolution to this matter for over a month now. Last week, - - - had been told that I had been " exited '' from the hardship program and that they would need to submit new proposals. However, today I received a letter from Continental Finance indicating that " Our records indicate that your account is currently enrolled into the hardship program. '' In short, despite being told I had been exited the program and despite the fact that timely payments have been made for the last 5-6 months, Continental Finance has incorrectly reported the status of my - accounts which has caused a significant drop in my - score.
