I applied for a Barclays JetBlue credit card. I received communication from Barclays that they needed more information from me to establish my identity ( social security card, etc. ), which I sent to them. I never received any further information from them by mail about the status of my application, nor their reason for denying my application. I mailed a letter to them two months later asking again for status and reason, but have not yet received any reply. If my application was denied, they never gave me a reason for the denial, nor told me directly about the denial.
