Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute California

This is ridiculous! On -/-/2016 I opened a dispute with TransUnion , LLC stating that the balance on my open and current auto loan - with - - - - - was not being reported accurately. Although it was reporting as current no missed payments the balance reported was from - 2016. I was contacted by TransUnion , LLC who stated that they required my receipt and would give - - - - - 30 days to respond. I mailed, faxed and sent by email a copy of my current receipt which showed my balance. NEVER EVER did I open a dispute on my closed and paid off auto loan - with TransUnion. I paid this first loan off back in - 2016, it has always been reported correctly and the balance was -! I paid this loan off early! So there was never a reason to dispute auto loan -. Now my second auto loan - with - - - - - the - that I did dispute was updated on - -, 2016 and the dispute was closed on - -, - that was the end of it and I reached out to - - - - who


dispute closed and that I would work this out with - - - - -. - - - - - advised me that their system with TransUnion , LLC was outdated and that they were in the process of updating their reporting system and my balance would be corrected soon. I advised TransUnion , LLC of this information that I was provided and again repeatedly told TransUnion , LLC to not open anymore disputes in regards to my auto loan - andsince it was closed on - -, 2016 to leave it closed! This is what TransUnion , LLC did.. thye closed my first auto loan - which had never been a part of the open dispute and they also closed my current auto loan - the one that was part of the dispute and the only one that had a balance! After speaking with numerous people at TransUnion, LLCincluding fake supervisors, I finally got a customer service rep. who stated that my first auto loan - which was never disputed was removed in error! The second auto loan - was removed because TransUnion , LLC said - - - - - did not respond when they ( TransUnion , LLc ) reopened the dispute on their own, against my will and without my permission or consent on - -, 2016. I advised TransUnion , LLc that they should not have removed my close and paid off auto loan - and they should not have REOPENED an already closed dispute on my second auto loan -. TransUnion , LLC told me they did n't know which loan I had previously disputed so they closed them both! How ridiculous is that?? Very unprofessional and intentional willful acts to damage my credit on the part of TransUnion , LLC. Both of my accounts need to be added back to my credit report with all payment history and balance included or I will sue TransUnion , LLC!! This matter has been ongoing since - 2016 and should have been resolved! TransUnion , LLC also added a 7 year fraud alert to my credit report without my permission or any type of documentation or police report from me! When I demanded that they remove it they lied and said - notified them to add the alert! After speaking with - they confirmed that TransUnion, LLn advised them of the 7 year alert! All of my points removed by TransUnion , LLc unlawful acts need to added back to my credit report immediately! TranUnion, LLC letter to me dated -/-/16 states the info. ca n't be found because they removed it from my report! Yes, illegally removed it! Very dishonest company!
