I made a purchase at - using my netspend visa card ( prepaid debit ). - service was poor and caused lots of confusion regarding payment and shipping. My account was fine and the money balance was sufficient. My account reflected that the total amount of the purchase was being held/pending. After no activity for a while I decided to check the account. Once checking I could see that - somehow never took their money ( weeks later ). At the time my account was negative - $ and some change. Netspend deducts their account fees and then takes the money when I direct deposit.


They gave me some story about 'force payment '' ... My point is I did n't have ANY MONEY in the account and it was already negative .... Y did they let my account go - $ in the negative.. It 's pre paid card ... No money means no money ... Plus the rules that come with card says nothing about " forced payments '' and they said they had no paper work or inform for me about the " forced payment policy " - ...
