Credit reporting company's investigation problem with statement of dispute
TransUnion Intermediate Holdings, Inc. Credit reporting department,
Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute North Carolina
I have disputed with Transunion and - for an unverified and inaccurate account in regards to an account with -. They both returned verified without proper verifying documents such as a signed contract, ID, SS card, or other concrete verification. They both completed their investigation but failed to see the inaccuracy and inconsistent information of what is being reporting. All - bureaus are reporting different information. I mentioned this in a correspondence with - and again they did not properly investigate. In compliance with the FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 8 ) ( D ) I am requesting accurate information be reported and both parties have failed. It is my understanding that Transunion make money for reporting information and the lower my score the more they make. As long as they verified information and the accuracy of it, they can continue to report. Well I have proof that the information is inaccurate and also unverified. - correspondence is contradicting what they are reporting. It also states they verified my identity through an email address and online application. I want my creditworthiness to be restored! They need to report accurate and consistent information. Also completely verify my identity before including this information on my report. Verifying my information with an email address, an online application, and billing statements are not verification. I have not received a thorough investigation from Transunion or documents requested of verification. The documents I received from - are clear that the delinquency dates are not accurate, the amounts paid and received are not accurate, and the identity verification is not accurate. Due to their failure to complete the investigation and report accurate information, I 'm requesting this to be deleted permanently from my file.
