Credit reporting company's investigation Problem with statement of dispute Illinois

I have dispute - - - accounts on my credit report - times, twice via online, and twice via mail. Each time I have submitted a receipt from the creditor showing that the accounts are paid in full and are to be removed from my reported. Transunion continues to say that the accounts are active collections despite documentation.
