- - sent a Notice of Servicing Transfer, effective - -, - my loan would be serviced by SunTrust Mortgage , Inc . -/-/- I called SunTrust and was told they had no information on me, my SSN or address. I was advised that I would receive a letter in the next few days from SunTrust. -/-/- I called SunTrust and spoke with - a Customer Service Rep. She was able to provide me with my new loan number and advised me that for a period of 60 days from -/-/- no payment was due and the no late fees would accrue. Still no written documentation from SunTrust. I want SunTrust to provide the proper documentation as required by Federal Regulations.
