I am - - - and have had a - - credit card since I was -. The only reason I have n't cancelled it is because of the account length and positive effect on my credit. my first problem was when they changed parent banks ( to - ), certain payment dates ( including the one I had set up for my acct. ) were " no longer available '' according to them, so they took it upon themselves to automatically change my due date without notifying me! Causing me to be late that first month. And now, this is the 4th time I have had to call to cancel the " credit protection program '' that they keep sneakily, automatically, enrolling me in without my consent. They have one scam after another going on over there, and it needs to be addressed.
