1-Citi Bank who services Macy 's Credit Card continues to email me my statements without my permission and despite my contacting them numerous times to stop. 2-Since Citi Bank has been serving my Macy 's Credit Card, they do not follow the agreed upon terms of 30 days revolving and the dates fluctuate from 28-34 days by doing this my payenents are n't applied correctly resulting in late fees ; Citi Bank also accepts the payment on time online then purposely drop the payment resulting in late fees
