Citibank Credit card department,
-/-/2016 as I was checking out at the Home Depot Garden Center in -, T-, the cashier said I could get a $25.00 discount on my $56.00 dollar purchase by applying for a credit card. I ask how long the application would take and she said less than five minutes. I said okay. The cashier fill in the application. I answer every question correctly. I have never received a bill.
I believe whoever set up this application process ignorantly and/or negligently did so thinking everyone gets mail delivered to their street address. I am presently at my - address where I do not receive home mail delivery. If any bills were foolishly sent to my home address, naturally I did not received them. In the last month I have received repeated phone calls from the same lady with a foreign accent about this bill. I have repeatedly told her that the bill must be sent to my post office address. Still no bill. I am enclosing my check for $31.00 for the amount I owe Home Depot but was never billed. I am clever enough to go on line to get a mailing address. Interesting that - major cororations like Citi and Home Depot can not get mailing addresses. Naturally, if I still have any credit card account opened, I want it closed.
