Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
My - Mastercard was lost and used without my permission in a state that is atleast a thousand miles away. I did not participate or receive any goods or services so I filed a fraud claim with Synchrony Bank and I received a fraud investigation form and was told it would be investigated. I completed the form and sent it in and received a letter confirming the fraud had been investigated and they found my fraud claim to be valid after they researched it and looked into. The charges were made in a state thousand miles awat. So I received a letter saying that they had researched it and found in my favor and all fees and charges had been credited back to my account there was an adjustment done for - for the fraudulent charges and I paid the remaining amount that was due on the account, now all of a sudden after telling me that I was not responsible after they investigated and even sent me a letter to confirm I was not responsible after investigating they came back in to my account and charged the charges back to my accounfter they told me that I was n't responsible. So I called and spoke with an account manager who is now claiming there is nothing she could do. Why did you send me a letter confirming I was not responsible after you investigated and now all of a sudden you are saying that I am. Why send me a letter saying I was n't responsible and then say I am. These charges werent even made in the state I live in or a state that I have traveled too ever!!
