I had a Chase- Credit card ending in -, that was opened in - of -. I filed for Chapter - Bankruptcy and it was dissolved on - -, -. Chase sent me a letter in -, that this account was going to be charged off. I replied on - -, -, with a copy of my Bankruptcy decree. I then received a charge off - in -. Randomly in - of -, Chase reported to - and - a past due balance of $1200.00. I disputed with - credit bureaus, - removed the information from my credit card promptly and - told me to contact Chase. I have contacted Chase multiple times to no avail. The last communication was a phone call about a month ago and Chase was suppose to contact my Bankruptcy Attorney. When I pulled my credit today, - -, -, the past due balance is still being reported by Chase to - - - - ). This is affecting my - score substantially. Card opened in -, Bankruptcy in -, Charge off in -, and then randomly appearing on credit - of -.
