JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
JPMorgan Chase sent bill to email account instead of mailing me a paper statement. Had this credit card account since - always made payments on time paid off account in -/-/- from a high balance of -. Always got a paper statement. Used the card one time in on -/-/- for - for - ( For some reason - had rejected - attempts with other cards ). For some reason Chase sent the statements via email????. Talking with - ID - he stated I had requested email instead of Mailed statements in -/-/-. Forgive me but, -, I would not have requested paperless statements on an account that I had n't used or had no balance since -/-/-. Of course with late fees and charges that - ballooned to - by -/-/- and was charged off. I was n't even aware of this activity till I pulled my credit report in -/-/-. I called Chase and setteled the account for -. But I 'm feeling extremely RIPPED OFF. And this is still going to show up on my credit score.
