I am a new customer with Flagship Credit Acceptance. I recently tried to call over the course of a week to get a hold of someone to request a change of my due date. Every time I called I was asked some kind of long drawn out survey and had to wait for that to finish before I could use the prompts to get to customer service. I was then placed on hold for a very long time and eventually had to hang up as I had to return to work. When I finally connected to a customer service rep, I was told my account was not current so I was unable to change my billing due date until my account was current. Keep in mind I have never been late and pay on time. I mailed my check to them over two weeks ago, but somehow I am not current. I then asked for a supervisor. I was put on hold again for almost a half an hour. When the manager answered he quoted policy and stated he could not switch the due date. He then told me of the various ways I could pay. I stated I had


had to call customer service and provided me with the same number I had just dialed to get him. He was rude and argued with me the whole time and made me feel like I was the person in the wrong when I am the customer and well within my rights to call and ask for something. I asked him when was the ideal time to stay out of violation of policy to call and get my due date changed, and the manager could not provide me with an answer. I have never been more dissatisfied with a financial company that I am with this -. They are rude bottom feeders. I was set up with them through the car dealership. Considering all the money in interest they make on just me alone, I would suggest someone never does business with them ... .ever ... under no circumstances.
