-/-/- - - - - - - - -, GA - Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) - - -, - - - Dear CFPB Representative, On -/-/-, I discovered Creditor, - ( - - Credit Card ), and Experian have violated my rights as it relates to the Fair Reporting Credit Act ( FRCA ). The Creditor and Experian re-inserted the below previously deleted items without notifying me within 5 days that the items would be re-inserted in my credit files.. Under the Fair Reporting Credit Act, the Creditor and Credit Agencies are required to notify me within 5 days of re-inserting the previously deleted items. Agency Creditor Account Experian - ( - Credit Card ) Item Status : Item latest removal was on -/-/-. Latest reporting showing item re-inserted -/-/- and after the FCRA period of expiration and with inaccurate information. As of discovered today, all items were re-inserted in on my credit file without me being notified within 5 days of the re-insertion and after the item FCRA 's reporting periods have expired. Please assist in resolving this matter quickly and having the credit agencies delete the negative information immediately. Sincerely, - -
