-/-/- - - - - - - - -, - - Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) - - -, - - - Dear CFPB Representative, On -/-/-, I discovered Creditor, - -, -, and - have violated my rights as it relates to the Fair Reporting Credit Act ( FRCA ). The Creditor, -, and - re-inserted the below previously deleted items without notifying me within 5 days that the items would be re-inserted in my credit files.. Under the Fair Reporting Credit Act, the Creditor and Credit Agencies are required to notify me within 5 days of re-inserting the previously deleted items. Agency Creditor Account Experian - - Item Status : Was removed -/-/-. Item removed on multiple dates but latest credit file showing item re-inserted after FCRA period of expiration -/-/-. As of discovered today, all items were re-inserted in on my credit file without me being notified within 5 days of the re-insertion and after the item FCRA 's reporting periods have expired. Please assist in resolving this matter quickly and having the credit agencies delete the negative information immediately. Sincerely, - -
