JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,
Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Florida
This is a complaint against fraud by company that originally advertised itself as " - Serum '' and later acted under different names such as -, -, - ..., -, etc.. - advertised themselves as an internet store specializing in cosmetics beauty products. My first and only purchase from - was made on the internet through their web store at - on -/-/-, for a sample of skin serum for an amount of -, ( plus a shipping charge ). This purchase in no way indicated any contract engagement. The purchased product was shipped and received timely. The fraudulent activity followed shortly in the form of several charges on my credit card that were done surreptitiously, without my authorization. Since the charges were completely unexpected, I did not spot them in my monthly bank statements until two months later, and upon scrutiny found all of them. Here is the list, as complete as I can infer from the monthly statements : 1 ) - - - - $4.00 2
- $89.00 Items -- above are related to the first and only purchase I made, and I do not wish to dispute them. Items --, on the other hand, represent the fraudulent activities. Also, ( I believe in an attempt to justify these above charges ) the company made - small shipments on my name, that contained - small containers with net weight of - ounces, of something called " - '', that to this day remain sealed. If the company wants them returned, I will ship them back, by all means at their own expense. I made an attempt to dispute these charges though my bank ( Chase - credit card issuer ) that negotiated with the rogue company on my behalf. As a result, - - - - ( I guess this is one of the names they go under ) condescendingly issued a refund : 10 ) -/-/- - $89.00 and considered the matter closed. On -/-/- I received an email from - - where they wrote, among some less significant lines : " we have marked your request as resolved ''. This was followed by another email on -/-/- where they stated : " Your account has been put on Black list status and we can no longer assist you with any of your account details ''. So it seems I have exhausted all my options in trying to get a full refund. This is why I ask for your help. the means to contact the company ( s ) are : 1 ) -- 2 ) -- 3 ) : Shipping Department - - - -, - - - -, - - I not only wish to get my reimbursement, but would like for this company to be marked under anything from marketing to wire fraud.
