Citibank Credit card department,
I had a membership with -, which used - - as its credit card provider. - changed its credit card to Citicard and start- ed sending me notices to change cards. Citicard, meanwhile, inundated me with application forms. I decided not to renew my membership with -. Citicard, without my permission or contract, created an account in my name after almost a year lapse and had the audacity to charge me for for who knows what plus interest, penalties and fees. Citicard and - act like they can not understand my objection. It is simple : I do n't want the account Citicard, I did n't agree to it and I want it expunged. does not know what what I am talking about
