Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement New York
Chase card services has failed to verify this debt with substantial evidence that this account belonged to me. Upon speaking with their fraud department they said my social, name and address appeared to be correct so hence the account belongs to me. It 's been a long uphill battle to clear my name & when I asked to provide me with how the account was setup and any agreements with my signature to be forwarded they are unable to produce that information. Yet they are reporting to lenders that i owe this said debt that has not been verified
