Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Credit card department,

Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement Tennessee

chase bank fraudulently opened thousands of amazon consumer credit cards in response to a $50.00 promotion that amazon ran in - of 2016. The $50.00 was paid to anyone requesting an amazon credit card, whether or not credit was approved or denied. a credit card was fraudulently opened in my name, even though the address provided was - i had not lived at for 11 years. chase was negligent in not checking obvious errors in my application as well as errors in thousands of other consumer applications for credit for amazon credit cards in response to this promotion. i would like the - to open a class action suit against chase. at minimum chase should provide free credit checks with all - credit bureaus for two years for all consumers who were harmed in order that they can monitor the ongoing fraud. i also believe they should pay compensation for the damage resulting to consumers credit due to their errors and omissions that allowed this fraud to take place. i contacted the FTC who suggested i file a formal complaint with your organization.
