I applied for Citi Double Cash credit card in -/-/2016 with advertised promo of 0 % APR on purchases. After my second bill was released I have an interest charge and customer service representative claims that my account has standard APR on purchases and 0 % APR only on balance transfers. Even today Google results bring up searches with 0 % APR on purchases offers for this card which actually do not exist. Big banks like CITI should have better control of information provided by universal search engines than that. I assume they spent millions on advertising every year. Thank you
