Took out - visa card for airline points on trips to - - issued by US Bank and points were from - but they have since merged with - - .Folks I talked to with the bank never heard of - - I had been saving my points for the last 3 years and had accumulated over - with the requirement ( from their website ) of only - for - ticket. I then tried to get into their website furnishing my info of passport and personal info to no avail then was given a surefire password that still did not let me into the website as usual, this is the most mismanaged company I have ever seen. We can do some of these things for you but you must pay a fee. Could never talk to anyone who could schedule my trip or get me onto the website where I could schedule it. When I asked who gave the 25 % discount given on first trip useage, no one seemed to know and it is plainly stated in the bank 's advertising. What I want is a plane ticket from - ( round trip ) to - - based on the kilometers I had prior to - -, 2017 as I had earned it under the US Bank - visa card. I will not do business with this bank again!!!!! My Bank account # is listed as - - - and - - - with a - number of -
