I have been working with my lender Wells Fargo in regards to loss mitigation options. I have sent in all information and documents they have requested and was just informed last week on -/-/2016 that they are requesting a occupancy bill for my renter. I did send it to the lender and they are unable to tell me if they will be postponing the sale or not and not giving me time to consider other options. I am now afraid my house will sell because I can not leave my job to go file a bankruptcy with the sale being tomorrow morning.
