Citibank Credit card department,
Every month - is supposed too update balance and payment history. Citicards fail to update -/-/- balance to all - - reporting agency. -, - and -. I Called Citicards and ask for the supervisor who told me there is nothing she can do about it. There is no way for her to get in touch with the credit report department to find out why they did not send the month of the - statement to credit reporting agency. It is Now - and there still is no update for -/-/-. It is still showing -/-/- statement. Now I am going to be missing history for the month of -/-/- for this account -. The balance was supposed to be $500.00 for the month is -/-/- and it never updated and now it the month of -/-/-. I attached each Credit reporting agency report to show proof that was no update for the month of -/-/- And I sent -/-/- billing Statement I want it updated right now.
