I signed up for a Macy 's credit card in - and at that time Macy 's enrolled me in a credit protection program without my explicit consent. I received a reminder of my enrollment in - of -, and this was the first time that I have been given information regarding the terms of the program and notifying me that I was enrolled. The program charges a monthly fee based on your balance which over the lifetime of my card has cost me $210.00. I never enrolled in this program and I was never informed that I was paying for it, it was included in my bill as a fee and not explained. I would like to be reimbursed for these charges as I did not authorize them nor do I need or want them.
