Macys is charging me $2.00 per month on account with a zero balance. Violates undue enrichment laws. Attempts to rectify or even get a response other than " oh sorry, you should call us '' and zero responses to emails. Have joined class action process at - Macys is also reporting this paid off account on all credit reporting sites as " delinquent '', negatively affecting my credit scores.
