Application processing delay California
I have been sent several preapproved status card offers from Capital One. So, I finally submitted the application online with their reservation number provided. They sent me a letter claiming they tried to contact me but were unable. That is not true. They never attempted to contact me. I sent them legible copies of my identity, utility bills for my current address, and my current phone number. I never heard from them again. I want their hard credit inquiry off of my credit file if they are n't going to actually look at my identity or actually contact me.
