Citibank Credit card department,
CFPB case # - - weeks and no response. See attached letter When looking side by side at our original check dated -/-/- sent by us in good faith before due date on -/-/- per CITI stmt and what CITI transposed and submitted incorrectly, it is clear their end made an error causing the bank check to bounce twice. The check # was NOT - like CITI input but was # - so this was NOT my fault or my credit unions fault. On -/-/-, I have made arrangements with my credit union to stop pmt on the original check and the funds are in my account but I will go no further until resolution fair to me is reached.
